Hourly rate including benefit package starting is $21.00+

All training is at no cost to you. We are a 4 year apprenticeship program. Your pay rate is increased as you progress in the training program.

We have contractors in Baton Rouge, New Orleans Denham Springs, Port Allen and Gonzales. You will be Working with sheet metal. Assembling, and installing fittings. Sometimes you will be working in the elements. You will be lifting, climbing ladders and working from man lifts. You may also be working in shops fabricating sheet metal parts and fittings. This is a physically demanding job.

Wage increases are every 6 months with successful completion of class training.
