Valley Lo is a family-focused private country club located in Glenview, Illinois. Our goal is to offer a fun, upbeat, and positive work environment for our staff while taking care of our members.

Server assistants are responsible for assisting the team in delivering our members a high-quality experience with passion in an energetic atmosphere. The position is dual in nature as the role is responsible for proper food delivery and cleanliness throughout the shift. You will be constantly moving to assist team members and quickly resetting areas for new members to enjoy their dining experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

• Uphold a warm, hospitable environment for fellow coworkers and guests. We are seeking positive, energized people who enjoy working in hospitality.
• Must have an eye for detail and a willingness to expand one’s product knowledge with proper training from management.
• Maintains cleanliness of service stations in the dining room while ensuring that the station is free from clutter and that the dining room floor is a clean and safe work area
• Helping the team create excellent experiences by refilling and running drinks and quickly clearing the table when a guest has departed.
• Carries food trays to tables using the correct seat positions on the ticket
• Seeking full-time staff; Must have nights and weekend availability; Will work some days.
• Must comply with all safety and sanitation requirements put forth by the state of Illinois.
• Must be able to able to move intentionally and safely through the workspace. Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Our pay scale is dependent on experience and position but begins at $15/hour and ranges between 32K to 40K annually. We are seeking full-time staff currently. Experience of one year in the restaurant business is highly preferred.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
