Senior Member Experience Trainer

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the development of new products, services, training guides and procedures that impact the front-line associates. The Member Experience Sr. Trainer will facilitate new and existing training programs for front-line operations. This position requires a working knowledge of all front-line operations to train associates and provide various training programs to align with corporate strategic initiatives. This role will also include providing post-development support after new product or service implementation. The Member Experience Sr. Trainer will collaborate with other departments to develop, update, and maintain course content.

The salary range listed above is based on current market industry studies as well as job evaluations. During the offer phase Management will determine the appropriate compensation within the compensation range based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of five years of equivalent experience to include facilitating training experience.
• Knowledge of financial products/services including Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and Business Accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to determine front line organizational needs and assess training required to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills for educating, organizing, and relating to all levels of associates.
• Experience in sales techniques, training, motivating, and coaching
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Capable of operating multimedia training equipment
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulations to include comprehensive understanding of Bank Secrecy Act, CTR, SARs procedures and forms.
• Current driver’s license, safe driving record, proof of insurance, and can provide own transportation and travel locally.
• Certified Credit Union Facilitator (CCUF), or willingness to obtain certification.

Schedule

• Onsite Position Mon-Fri (40 hours a week) with an opportunity to work in a hybrid environment after 90 days of employment.
• Must Reside in California
• Traveling between branches in Orange County and Eastvale up to 25%
