SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST FP&A – HEALTHCARE
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, successful Senior Living community. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A with a focus on real estate development. The individual will be responsible for cash forecasting and working with banks on construction financing and appraisals among other financial responsibilities.. The ideal candidate needs to be highly skilled in financial concepts and can work with leaders from various disciplines.

Salary: $68,000-$110,000 DOE
Excellent Benefits Package including Tuition, medical, dental, vision, 401k and wellness programs.
Hours: (Flexible) M-F, can start as early as 7-7:30am-9am. Must work during core hours: 9am-3pm. 40-hour work week.
Hybrid Schedule will be discussed.
Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst FP&A:
- Maintain accuracy of corporate cash forecast and liquidity model
- Coordinate with banks on financial loan requests and various financial requests
- Provide financing decisions, new site evaluations and market analysis, construction cost and trend analysis and budgetary decisions
- Support opportunities for process improvements
- Create reports to find key parameters and metrics to assess progress of change initiatives
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst FP&A:
- Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in quantitative finance or treasury, preferably in model development and validation
- Experience in commercial/residential real estate development and/or corporate finance preferred
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with database management systems preferred
- Associate’s Degree preferred
