Senior Estimator/ Database Manager

Job Summary:

This position will assist with a number of team initiatives and support Operations. Proficiency in Excel and an ability to research and learn new software is required.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience estimating projects for the liquid storage Terminals, Chemical, PetroChemical or Refining industries
• Possess a broad knowledge of Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical construction methods as they apply to these industries. (Strong history of estimating piping systems a plus.)
• Capable of following process flow diagrams, isometric piping diagrams, and plant layout drawings
• Experience with database driven estimating systems such as Winestimator. (Database management experience will be considered a plus.)
• Proficiency in new software to maintain project database prices
• Create estimates and component assemblies using new software.
• Install new downloads and annual updates to all computers using the software.
• Assist with integrating estimating software with P6 scheduling tool.
• Power BI experience and drafting capability are a plus.
• Must possess good written and oral skills

Position Details:

• Hybrid 9/80 schedule.
