As a Senior Asscoiate Field Technician you will provide both virtual and on-site meeting/event support for our client.

´What You´ll Do´´

  • Provide support to client for our different Web- conferencing tools and platforms
  • Provide continuos support to issues related to sized virtual and on- site meeting / event support.
  • Will provide support for Cisco codecs and Microsoft Teams issues hardware and software.
  • Video editing
  • Provide support from start to end by following up, caring for SLA´s by planning, scheduling, testing, monitoring issues .

´Who You Are´

  • Experience with Web-conferencing experience, such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting or other tools. **Webex and MS Teams web-conferencing tools are both used at Pfizer and are the preferred candidate experience.
  • Experience in providing small to large sized virtual and on-site meeting/event support
  • Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to support high profile executives and to provide white glove meeting/event support, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • knowledge and experience with on-site video conferencing hardware for use in on-site video conferencing meetings/events. **Cisco codecs and MTRs (Microsoft Teams Rooms) hardware are both used at Pfizer and are the preferred candidate experience.
  • Experience with Video editing experience is preferred
  • Candidate must be able to manage an event from beginning to end. This includes, planning, scheduling, testing, monitoring the event, identify and correct issues, and A/V editing at the end.
  • High School or GED

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $67,400 - $101,200.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
