JOB DESCRIPTION
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- Interior and exterior foot patrols of caves
- Assisting motorists inside and outside of the cave system
- Observing for fires, water leaks, and fallen rocks within the caves
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate company patrols vehicle under company driving requirements
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to pass fire safety training
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Local security license for the Lee's Summit area or ability to obtain
- Strong customer service skills/experience
- Computer skills
- Phone skills
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Entry Level
