Scrub Technologist FT - Outpatient Surgery – Vascular

MONDAY through FRIDAY WITH DAYTIME HOURS and NO CALL! Weekends available with incentives!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Over the wire intra-op Scrub Experience
• Knowledge of working in the sterile field
• Scrubbing in to assist with procedures
• Prepares and positions patient for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Assists radiologist in fluoroscopic and special x-ray examinations
• Completes forms and maintains records, logs and reports of work performed
• Monitor patients during procedures, operating a C-Arm (within the scope of practice)
• Prepares equipment which includes cleaning and sterilizing instruments, maintain inventory of medical supplies

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience in interventional radiology, special procedures, cardiac cath lab or general diagnostic preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique
• Over the wire intra-op scrub experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Education/Experience:

Associates or technical degree.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR), a plus.
