What You'll Be Doing The Scheduling and Dispatch Supervisor will review work requests to dispatch technicians and vendors to complete reactive and scheduled maintenance work on spa and fitness equipment. Working with the Inventory Control Specialist, Technical Manager, Program Lead, Technicians, and vendors for the Technical Services Department. • Review open work order requests for accuracy and clarity
  • Prioritize work requests with technician schedule to remain balanced
  • Manage projects through schedules with minimal interference in daily activities
  • Work with Inventory Control Specialist to fill parts orders and coordinate delivery to clubs
  • Return calls, respond to email, and prioritize needs
• Efficiently and accurately assign work orders in the CMMS platform • Direct and oversee daily workflow: Learn service areas and coordinate routing and scheduling
  • Run routing reports, make sure all routes are completed daily, read all notes daily and address them accordingly, and communication with tech and management daily with any issues
• Update work orders daily • Always look for ways to streamline routes and become more efficient
  • Schedule preventative maintenance accordingly to make sure route drivers are working 40 hours per week
  • Efficient scheduling and routing of all field employees, schedule work around holidays, events, and vacation schedules
  • Communicate new processes and procedures to employees
  • Computer literacy is a must. Microsoft Suite of software
  • We have our own routing system that will need to be learned and become proficient.
  • Order supplies for Technicians

  • 5 years’ experience in scheduling and dispatch environment
  • Professional and effective communicator in person, on the phone, through text, and email, with strong written and oral skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to address and solve problems in a creative, innovative, timely, and decisive fashion
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Financial Acumen: understanding budgets, approving invoicing, projecting spend/savings
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds and subject to a variety of physical conditions in the club environment.
