We are looking for a talented Sales Platform Senior Analyst to join our team.

  • Manage day-to-day operation and user support for the Cummins sales platform.
  • Provides routine user support such as user and account creation and management, basic training, troubleshooting, upholding standard business processes and data standards, etc.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of support processes and resolution of all support issues and/or communicating recurring questions and support issues to the Sales Platform Leader for future action, e.g., system idiosyncrasies and/or opportunities for task simplification.
  • Works closely with the Sales Platforms Leader and superusers to manage user expectations, understand and prioritize actual or potential user support needs, perform/teach how to perform system demos, and create documentation as needed.
  • Supports new system enhancements: collaborates with IT (enhancement developers/testers) as an advocate for the Cummins user (user-friendliness, ease of learning). Reviews results of user acceptance testing and provide inputs to adjustments.
  • Communicates sales platform changes/enhancements to superusers, then users: business value of the change, what will change, and what stays the same. Trains and supports super-users/champions and regional Sales Platforms Analysts (broaden the user support network).
  • Uses experience supporting superusers and users to provide input into user training. May assist in the review of new sales platform training.
  • For significant sales platform changes or enhancements, alerts the Sales Platforms Leader to anticipated need for increased user support capacity.
  • Runs Voice of the Business forums and advisory boards.
  • Leads selected projects, either based on existing expertise or as an opportunity to build expertise: identify requirements, project plan, design, budget, communicate, integrate with existing sales platform functionality and document outcomes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how the current sales platform system works preferred.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Implement new initiatives on Salesforce Sales Cloud which requires understanding the business and
  • translating requirements into a system solution.
  • Execute change management activities to drive strong, value-added utilization of new and existing system capabilities which require process and behavior changes.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
