Job description

The Sales Lead Coordinator requires an individual with exceptional communications skills, a sense of urgency, and must be extremely detail oriented. The Sales Lead Coordinator will be will responsible for building strong relations with our clients and ensuring we have leads daily for our Project Managers.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Respond to all client concerns, and reviews on a daily basis. All clients calling in with concerns should be addressed within two (2) hours.
• Communicate with Technicians and client via phone conversations to set up “warm hand offs” for tech generated leads.
• Call all appointments the day before to set expectations and ask pertinent questions to assign the right Project Manager/Sales Technician. Qualify appointments and accurately assign calls to Project Manager/Sales Technician

Set expectation by informing the Client of the length of appointment, brief details of process. Call Clients one hour (1) before appointments to give clients notification of Project Manager/Sales Technician’s arrival time and to ensure client is home and available for appointment. Schedule marketed leads to fill board when tech generated leads are not available. Respond to Podium , and all social media to schedule all generated leads with urgency.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Associate degree and/or related experience
• At least one year experience in industry sales development
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
