Holman Automotive currently has a REMOTE opportunity available within the Mapleshade, NJ area for a Sales Coordinator within our Customer Engagement Center. Must be able to work a flexible 40 hour work week schedule.

Principal Purpose of Position:
Execute BDC Process in accordance with BDC strategies
Sell appointments for vehicle sales using text, email and telephone skill sets
Respond to assigned leads from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool within 15 minutes of receipt (store hours)
Set appointments for dealership visits per Holman ‘Best Practice’ benchmarks
Utilize defined dealership email templates for communications
Utilize defined dealership telephone word tracks as guidelines for process and flow of customer phone contacts
Execute BDC process in a consistent yet flexible manner that results in a customer experience designed to achieve the highest appointment ratios
Complete all daily tasks and activities (benchmark 85-100 calls/day)
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:
High School diploma or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience:
Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
Sales experience preferred
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions
Complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for all activity
Record all customer engagement in CRM
Work schedule flexibility (including weekends)
Attend team meetings
Register, schedule and attend all required, scheduled training and informational seminars
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization
Hourly rate of $16.50
