Position: Sales Account Manager

Location: Southern California

Type of Position: Full-time

Pay: 70k + 3% Quarterly Commission on Sales + Annual Bonus


Primary Duty:


Vantage Point is looking for a Sales Account Manager for a Sothern California territory that has proven experience in Cannabis Sales.


The primary responsibility is to ensure that the company’s products are available at retailers across the assigned territory, merchandised, and represented to brand standards. The Sales Account Manager engages with licensed retail store-front customers, to ensure that products are prominently displayed and properly priced and that store staff is trained to promote and sell our products.

Each strain is expertly bred and selected for specific terpene profile, cannabinoid content, and effects. All PHASES flowers are further tested for ideal aroma, crystallization, color, sheen, bud structure, and flavor—for a consistent effect and experience.


Other Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service
  • needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Remains up to date on all regulations.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company with high character, integrity, and professionalism
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • 1+ years of outside sales for a larger flower brand is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for industry products is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree OR At least five years of related experience required.
