We are looking for someone who has a passion for shoe tech and design, looking to learn or know about Exercise Science, Biomechanics, and love to or is willing to get hands on with customers to assist them in any way possible. Our customers will experience a ONE on ONE customer services. We work with runners, walkers, comfort shoes, doctor referrals, injuries, and more.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN RUNNING SPECIALTY IS NECESSARY. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE A PASSION FOR HELPING PEOPLE AND A PASSION FOR RUNNING, WALKING AND/OR FITNESS! EVENING, WEEKEND, AND HOLIDAY WORK IS REQUIRED. WE DO NOT HIRE FOR SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT DUE TO THE TIME THAT TRAINING TAKES TO DEVELOP A FIT SPECIALIST TO OUR STANDARDS.

No run specialty industry experience required. Training is done in "in store" over 4-6 week period.

We are considered a "Run Specialty" shoe store. We carry most major brands in the categories of running, walking, and comfort shoes. You will work along side me on a day to day basis.

We use a "FIT ID" which 3D maps feet with every measurement imaginable. We use this data to help our customers find the right shoes for them. Whether they run, walk, have an injury, or just want something comfortable our team members know the ins and outs to accommodate their needs.

Pay starts at $11 Per hour while in training. Base pay once capable of performing job duties is $13.50. Pay for performance is part of the job! We are looking for highly motivated and energetic floor sales associates. A well seasoned fitter can make $20 - $30 per hour on a busy day. Averages range $13.50-$16 which includes days that are slower.

"In the interview, I will ask what the 3 main parts of a shoe consists of. Upper, Midsole, and Outsole. The upper consists of the breathable mesh, laces, tongue, heel counter, and overlays. The midsole consists of the cushion system including, EVA foam, gel, air, etc.. and support systems. The outsole consists of the tread, the tread has flex grooves."

There is a possibility for health insurance reimbursements.
