We are seeking an experienced hands-on leader to manage our Roll'd store located in Brisbane Airport.

The Role and Responsibilities

As the Unit Manager, you will responsible for operations of the Roll'd location in the following;

• Driving all aspects of store operations.
• Driving and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to all staff.
• Strong staff management
• Rostering
• Budgets and P&L's.
• Maintaining all food and beverage costs and stock levels
• Maintaining compliance with the service standard according to brand guidelines

What you will need to succeed?

• You must have 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the same industry.
• Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one.
• Sound commercial judgment: you must have a strong understanding of managing P&L’s and KPI’s and have the ability to drive and improve sales and profitability
• Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills

Salary: $65,000.00 per year
