In response to sustained growth, InTech Together is expanding its Revenue team. This team is the face of our company, representing InTech to the manager, director, and executive-level customers. The Revenue team is responsible for the deal follow-up with current customers, revenue generation, lead generation, managing and maintaining the company's social accounts. We are looking for a confident communicator, who can walk the line of customer advocacy while also providing InTech team support.

Responsibilities:
- Revenue Core Systems Follow-Up:Owning the daily follow-up for the desk, CRM, and Leads systems.
- Revenue Generation + Account Deal Management:Farming sales from current customers by supporting the InTech sales processes.
- Leads Process Management:Own, maintain and provide feedback on improvement opportunities of the current InTech Marketing + Lead process.
- Brand Management Support:Managing the InTech social posting + online presence.
- Other duties related to the role as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of sales and presentation experience
- Strong work ethic for taking on new challenges, solving new problems, and reacting quickly to customer requests.
- Powerful communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn new computer software programs quickly.
- All for one attitude, willing to grow, suggest new ideas and thrive during times of growth.
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- 1+ years of Marketing experience
Education/Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience
Travel Requirements
- Less than 10%
