In response to sustained growth, InTech Together is expanding its Revenue team. This team is the face of our company, representing InTech to the manager, director, and executive-level customers. The Revenue team is responsible for the deal follow-up with current customers, revenue generation, lead generation, managing and maintaining the company's social accounts. We are looking for a confident communicator, who can walk the line of customer advocacy while also providing InTech team support.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Core Systems Follow-Up:Owning the daily follow-up for the desk, CRM, and Leads systems.
  • Revenue Generation + Account Deal Management:Farming sales from current customers by supporting the InTech sales processes.
  • Leads Process Management:Own, maintain and provide feedback on improvement opportunities of the current InTech Marketing + Lead process.
  • Brand Management Support:Managing the InTech social posting + online presence.
  • Other duties related to the role as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 3 years of sales and presentation experience
  • Strong work ethic for taking on new challenges, solving new problems, and reacting quickly to customer requests.
  • Powerful communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn new computer software programs quickly.
  • All for one attitude, willing to grow, suggest new ideas and thrive during times of growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 1+ years of Marketing experience

Education/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience

Travel Requirements

  • Less than 10%
