Gertrude Hawk Chocolates is a leader in the confectionery industry that manufactures and distributes exceptional chocolates. Founded in 1936, our business is financially strong and continues to grow.

We are seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to join our Gettysburg location.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Provide customer service by greeting, sampling, assisting and suggestive selling. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Open and/or close the store and perform tasks such as balancing cash registers, counting money and making deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges and security practices.
• Training other staff members.
• Cleaning, organizing and stocking product on shelves and displays.
• Processing store shipments.
• Assist Store Manager with staff supervision.
• Cash management.
• Performs other assignments as directed.

Experience in retail sales is a plus. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as business needs require.'
