Restaurant Cook

Starting day 1 you begin a great training program to learn our menu and cooking methods that youll need to provide our guests with the legendary food and fantastic dining experience they expect. We start our cooks at $13/hour on up to $19/hour depending on experience.

You will be responsible for the excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items for our guests per operating policies and procedures as well as all regulations for food health and safety. Specific duties include preparing and plating food per Company recipes, setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation before, during and after shift, verifying stock of all needed ingredients and supplies and completing assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists.

Candidates must be able to learn and apply all galley terminology and procedures, have the reading skills necessary to complete online and on the job training, and the ability to memorize recipes and plating. Must have good communication skills and work well as a member of a team.

We have detailed COVID prevention protocols in our restaurants including mask wearing policies, partitions between tables, disinfectants, regular cleaning schedules, and a COVID Prevention Training Program to provide team members the information and skills needed to protect our guests, other employees, and themselves.
