Job description

• We are currently looking for an onsite resident manager. Job duties include (but are not limited to), apartment inspections, move in's, move out's, tours of the property and model units for prospective tenants, knowledge in fair housing laws as well as landlord tenant laws, posting and mailing notices (parking violations, late rent, rent increases, lease violations, abandoned property, ect), filing, monthly reports, and vendor scheduling. Our properties are 208 units, the employees onsite are the resident manager, a maintenance technician, and a maintenance assistant who primarily focuses on grounds work. Our resident manager and maintenance techs are expected to work closely together and make sure everything is running smoothly at the property. The hours are 10am - 7pm days off vary. Must Live Onsite, Apartment/Utilities Provided Plus Salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
