The Role:

Manage and coordinate our Partners and other key relationships. Ensure success for our key Partners with a focus on revenue growth. Take ownership of project outreach, inbound inquiries and partner follow up. A skilled collaborator working closely with Institutional Services & Contact Center.

An experienced individual, with ability to own high level client relationships. This individual will interact with many departments and must be professional & prepared. This teammate will need to be able to interface with senior management internally & externally, while staying in close touch with the day-to-day business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of key relationships
  • Manage key relationships with a high-degree of ownership and independent initiative, within a well communicated team framework
  • Work closely with sales to assist in the onboarding of new Partners. Develop supporting materials and manage client relationships through onboarding
  • Learn and grow into an industry expert, while staying abreast of market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Understand internal systems and structures to ensure clean handoffs and stakeholder interconnectedness
  • Resolve problems timely as they arise and use situations to contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the partner experience and company initiatives
  • Perform other operational duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relationship management experience
  • Experience in the financial services or FinTech industries preferred
  • Advanced relationship building and customer service skills
  • High level communicator, able to articulate complex issues
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
  • Humble yet motivated to achieve a high degree of individual, team and company success
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand complex inter-organizational issues and working relationships
  • Relentless commitment to client service
  • Thorough, with a very high attention to detail
  • Motivation and drive to build relationships, close transactions, and generate growth - overall, take the utmost pride in team success
  • Organized and systematic with communication
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand in an office or remote setting for long periods of time while working
  • Must live in Colorado to be considered for the role

COLORADO ONLY: This salary position is set at $72,000 depending on experience + bonus and equity. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term and Short Term Disability and 401(k) Plan.
