Are you a Registered Nurse looking for additional hours, Retired or a new RN? If, yes we would love for you to apply! This is a PRN position with the primary duties of Initial and Supervisory Assessments. Our RN’s are Contractors so you work based on your availability.

The agreed upon rate is $100 per client Initial Assessment and $75 per Supervisory visit. You are free to do the Supervisory visits as frequently as you feel the need to assess. Our only ask is that you remain within the DCH regulations of at least every 92days.

Role and Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement Initial or Supervisory Care Assessments as applicable and regularly reassesses the needs of the client.

o Develop and implement the service plan for each patient under the direction of their physician or family.

o Observe and report symptoms, reaction to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition.

o Conduct Caregiver supervisory visits to evaluate efficiency and client satisfaction.

o Participate in in-service programs, if interested conduct online training sessions with the Caregivers.

Qualifications & Education:

o Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

o Valid and current RN license in the state of Georgia

o CPR certified

o 1 year of Nursing experience (home care experience, preferred)

o Supervisory skills, a plus

o Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to interact positively with the rest of the staff.

o Self-directed, able to work without presence of Administrator.

o Commitment to regulatory compliance and to submitting all documentation in a timely fashion

o Travel as required and be in possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile (mileage reimbursement provided).
