As a Registered Nurse, you're responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. As an RN, you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes by integrating knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into provision of patient care. The RN will supervise the care provided to assigned patients in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations that govern this facility and as may be required by the Director/Head Nurse or Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Working 72 hours every two weeks
• Rotating day/night shifts
• Every third weekend and rotating holidays

• $3,500 sign-on bonus*

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota RN license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or (CALS) certified within one year of employment

*Sign-on bonus eligibility: Sign on bonus will only be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least the past nine months (current CentraCare/Carris employees are not eligible). You must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position; casual and temporary/non benefited positions are not eligible.

**Relocation assistance eligibility : Relocation assistance will on be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least the past nine months and is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. You must currently reside more than 50 miles from the Sauk Centre Hospital and must move within 30 miles of it within 120 days.
