Find your purpose as a Registered Nurse in our Neuroscience/Spine Unit. Our 45-bed unit consist s of 8 Neuro Progressive Care Unit beds and 37 general neuroscience patient rooms . We treat patients who have had Neurosurgical, Neuro-interventional, and Neuro-medical diseases and disorders. In addition, we serve stroke, seizure, multiple trauma , and traumatic brain injur y patients. As a step-down ICU and Neuro unit, no two days are alike. You may care for patients that are walking and talking or you may care for patients who require complete care. A warded certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center based on our strong commitment to provid e evidence-based, quality stroke care. Our staff practice within the team nursing model and consider teamwork our greatest strength in providing safe, quality, and compassionate patient care.

Schedule:

• We offer a variety of 8 and 12-hour schedules with various weekend rotations, and rotating holidays.
• To support your personal and professional life, we offer self-scheduling with a variety of weekend patterns to choose from
• Positions ranging from 32-80 hours per 2-week period.

Pay:

• Starting pay for ADN $35.39. BSN $36.09, MSN $37.18, however we pay more for experience.
• $3,500 Sign-on-bonus
• Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in MN required.
• BSN or MSN preferred; BSN required within three years.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required.

To be eligible for the Sign-on Bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for Relocation Assistance , you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. Paid out less taxes.
