Our Regional Managers are hands on, working side by side with our managers

and sandwich artists to create a remarkable guest experience by promoting

teamwork, positive attitudes, and praise for a job well done. We are seeking

regional managers with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced work

environment and who clearly understand the advantages of team retention.

This position has growth potential to become a Senior Regional Manager.

Job Responsibility

• 
  Overall responsibility for running and managing multiple restaurants

in a set area

• Use excellent communication skills to lead, train, develop, and

motivate the Managers and Sandwich Artist team

• Regularly check individual unit financials including P&L, budget

control, Food and Labor Costs, etc.

• Hold weekly regular meetings with managers
• Work directly with the management team to accomplish all sales,

people & project goals

• Ensure all company standards are upheld in each of the locations
• Uphold all food safety standards

Job Requirements

• 
  Strong leadership, organizational & interpersonal skills

• 
  Management experience in food service industry, multi-unit

management is a plus

• Proficient skills in planning, strategizing, rolling out programs /

policies / sales initiatives

• Proven ability to drive sales
• Proven ability to train and develop employees by mentoring,

coaching, etc.

• History of strong cost-controls
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for service

Education:

• 
  High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• 
  Restaurant General Manager: 1 year (Required)

Supervision:

Reports to VP of Operations and is accountable to team members

and company employees for professional work and productivity.
