Job Summary

Our Recruiting team is growing! TriCore has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist! You will be an integral part of the team while delivering a positive candidate experience during the pre-employment and onboarding process.

The Recruitment Specialist will assist with coordinating TriCore’s employment, recruitment, placement and transfer programs in compliance with TriCore policies, EEO, AAP and other applicable federal and state laws and/or guidelines. This position will participate in and support the design, development, implementation, compliance, administration, and communication of TriCore’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Employee Assessment Testing Portal. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will coordinate new employee hire dates, onboarding sessions, and orientation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Post job requisitions and prepare documents for compensation review.
2. Facilitate the pre-employment process with candidates, prepare new hire paperwork and coordinate meetings with new employees.
3. Audit and maintain database of criminal background check records for the purposes of ensuring that employees in selected areas are able to work in compliance with the NM Caregivers Act.
4. Coordinates efforts to ensure timely and accurate reporting for Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and other reports as needed.
5. Maintains the ATS for compliance and accuracy.
6. Coordinates the full life cycle recruiting process for various levels of positions in accordance with TriCore policies and AAP.
7. Utilizes the Internet for recruitment.
  • -Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
  • -Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
8. Implements and maintains established TriCore employment policies and internal guidelines.
9. Participates in and develops special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting functions and experience.
10. Provides training and guidance on the TriCore employment process to management, employees, and outside candidates.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Associates degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

No experience required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the laboratory insurance carrier.
  • Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

PREFERENCES:
  • Experience in using an ATS, preferably PeopleFluent.
  • Prior experience with recruitment practices in a fast, paced environment.
  • Knowledge and skills in relevant employment & immigration laws.
