Easton, ME – FT/Rotating Shift – Temporary Opportunity
Job Description:
Full-time, seasonal opening for a Quality Assurance Assistant at a well-established manufacturing facility in Easton. Perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with background in quality testing and/or data analysis. Full-Time/Rotating Shift; 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
The Quality Assurance Assistant will focus on learning all aspects of the facility’s manufacturing operation and products. After initial introduction to plant operations, the employee will perform routine testing and inspections on product samples and other materials, recording and organizing the data for further analysis. Seasonal position with the possibility of becoming a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Study manufacturing processes and learn how to examine products and materials for quality analysis.
- Assist senior staff in the preparation of experiments and quality assurance testing.
- Enter and process data utilizing computers.
- Collect, record, and summarize data for reporting purposes.
- Organize and compose detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis results.
Job Requirements:
- Some education or background in bio renewable systems, engineering, or forestry/forest products.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to accomplish entry-level engineering tasks with decreasing supervision over time.
Schedule: Full-Time/Rotating Shift; 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
