The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that residential properties are fully functional, safe, and operating at their best condition by providing preventative and reactive maintenance assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete service request work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair maintenance issues, while communicating with property owners, residents, and other company departments for updates and approvals
• Document the scope of work completed by providing before and after photos and submitting material receipts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and drywall.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage vendors effectively.
• Utilize modern technology, including computers and smartphones, to complete work assignments.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be available for rotating on-call responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
