We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who will be in charge of organizing and supervising tasks to make sure projects are finished on schedule and within budget. Resource allocation and planning, budget preparation, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication are all tasks carried out by project managers. All of this is carried out in accordance with a company's objectives and vision.


The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills including negotiating, influencing and active listening. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and direct experience working in an NGO. In addition, this individual will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project management from start to finish for the delivery of the high volume significant capital and multi-site change projects required in Storylines short and long term plans and roadmap.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule, within the allowed scope, and within the budget.

  • Initiate a project, plan it, and make sure it is technically feasible.

  • Ensure the availability and distribution of resources.

  • Create a thorough strategy to keep track of the project's development.

  • liaise with internal and external partners to ensure the successful completion of projects.

  • Organize interactions with key stakeholders

  • Monitoring project performance with the use of our project management platform

  • Analyze risks using risk management to lower project risks.

  • Participate in weekly meetings with PMO Lead and Executive Sponsor

  • Establish and keep up thorough project documentation.

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project and task execution

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management

  • Possess excellent influencing skills

  • Excellent planning and management skills

  • Any relevant project management-related experience.

  • A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving and leadership skills

  • Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills

  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management

  • Proficiency in project management software tools

  • Contract negotiation

  • Conflict resolution experience

Preferred:

  • Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager

  • Possess strong knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile
