Job Overview
RBI Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) is responsible for the growth and support of franchisees of all RBI brands within the region. This manager is part of a high-performing team that is responsible for driving and delivering strong results for one of company's main growth pillars. Guest Experience is a key area of growth within the business focusing on how we improve our brands' in-restaurant and off-premise experience by implementing different digital and operational initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the progress and performance of various key providers which enable our Guest Experience ambitions. They will be responsible for taking a concept and making it a reality, while maintaining high levels of quality in execution and attention to detail. They will work collaboratively with key stakeholders (franchisees, vendors, cross functional internal teams, etc.) to drive project timelines and enable increased value for restaurant operators and owners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Guest Experience, this position is a part of the Operations and Guest Experience team of LAC.
Core Responsibilities
- Own deployment of guest experience initiatives from start to finish by defining project scope, identifying key milestones/dependencies, aligning stakeholders and holding them accountable to maintaining timelines.
- Manage progress of key initiative deployments via detailed project plans and KPIs and find opportunities to accelerate pace and improve quality
- Ensure the highest level of accountability among third-party providers, RBI stakeholders and franchisees
- Report progress and provide guidance as subject matter expert to franchisees and regional business leads
- Design new processes and refine existing ones to realize team goals
- Grow digital sales via successful channel deployments
- Limited travel required – 10% or less
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
- 2-4 years' experience managing complex, cross functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business, or similar major
- Experience as project manager with tech products highly preferred
- Highly organized and demonstrated track record of disciplined execution of process and holding stakeholders accountable
- The ability to problem-solve quickly and build strong relationships
- Thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
