Program Manager - Castbond™ Facilities
Indianapolis, IN/ Cypress CA
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as Program Manager - Castbond™ Facilities. As the Program Manager - Castbond™ Facilities you will guide the Castbond™ facility team to design and build a production factory in the US to incorporate this technology into production applications for the HPT blade on Large Civil engines.

As part of this role will sit within the CastBond team reporting functionally into the Head of Manufacturing - CastBond™. From a program perspective, the successful they will work with the Turbines Program Management team and will be a key member interfacing with the engine project team.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for creating and delivering plan to design, build, and implement production facility for CastBond™ blade
  • Facilitates teamwork between disciplines such as engineering, supply chain, program, and group property to design and deliver facility to support production implementation activities
  • Prepare cost and schedule estimates, ensure project coordinate accounts, and maintain adherence to schedules and costs
  • Identify schedule and cost level risks and implement risk guidance plans and mitigation activities to remove risks/barriers to the plan
  • Organize, ensure, and participate in facility project guidance gated reviews
  • Communicates technical, schedule, and business results via reports and presentations
Basic Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Program Management and 7+ years in project management or aerospace industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Program Management and 5+ years in project management or aerospace industry, OR
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Program Management and 3+ years OR
  • PhD in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Program Management
  • 9+ years of in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Program Management in lieu of a degree
  • In order to be eligible for consideration, you should be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working Rolls-Royce global programs
  • Experience with the management of multi-layered projects
  • Experience in engineering development, change management and risk management processes
  • Experience with turbine vane or blade components.
