Spherion Staffing & Recruiting, in partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), is hiring for Production Technicians (machine operators) in the KDP Essex, VT manufacturing facility! This is a permanent (direct hire) job opportunity. Keurig offers on-the-job training programs for employees brand new to production and manufacturing work!

The Production Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal production of all k-cup coffee pod equipment at all times. We are looking for employees that are comfortable being a self starter with a willingness to learn and grow.

Shift available: Friday-Sunday, every other Thursday, 6:00 am - 6:15 pm (at least three consecutive days off in a row)!

What you'll be doing in this job:

• Loading and unloading equipment with raw materials
• Safely operate and monitor production equipment
• Complete coffee change overs
• Quality check final product
• Support the manufacturing process in safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times

Skills:
1-2 years experience as a Production Technician or in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Ability to stand for 12 hour shift
