Job description
Summary:
- Determine which products to produce for daily/weekly schedules at manufacturing plants using MRP ERP Systems
- Manage and coordinate this planning through review of forecast changes in actual demand and projected sales as well as impact of supply issues on inventory levels.
- Identifies and acts on critical areas by using various tools such as sales history reports and inventory comparisons.
- Identify raw material and component requirements for production
- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing lead times.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- MRP/ERP experience needed
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or Business
- 2+ years experience in Manufacturing Production Planning
- Strong Excel /Computer Skills
