Position Summary:

Signet is transitioning to a fully integrated Omni-Channel retailer, offering our customers many convenient and frictionless ways to interact, purchase and receive our merchandise and services. Connected Commerce is an integral part of that transition, partnering with other functional areas to execute these new Omni-focused customer offerings. We seek a Product operations Analyst to drive the execution of our product offerings to internal teams and customers.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Issue Resolution

  • Collaborate with Operations and Technology to prioritize, triage and resolve product issues and bugs
  • Facilitate weekly issue resolution meeting with Technology Support
  • Collaborate with Technology Support to ensure resolution SLAs are being met for P1/ P2 bugs
  • Ensure overall “health” of Flex Fulfillment capabilities.

Information and Performance management

  • Collect and communicate both qualitative and quantitative data from within and outside the product team. This can include data from product usage, customer feedback, feature requests, and support tickets.
  • Define metrics to measure progress against key results.
  • Work with operations team to collect, prioritize and communicate product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development.
  • Support product team with adhoc data analysis

Process Optimization

  • Ensure the operations teams are ready with the resources, information and processes required to support new product launches (training, playbooks, documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc.).
  • Develop processes and strategies for effective product training collaborating with Operation teams and Training and Development
  • Partner with customer-facing and operations teams to help them make more tailored content for specific audiences.

Organization and Documentation:

  • Maintain templates, guidelines, how-to references so the product team can operate efficiently.

Position Qualifications:

Education Required: Bachelor's degree required

Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience:

  • 2-3 years of digital product management experience
  • Customer focused and data driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team player and individual contributor
  • Bachelor’s degree

Retail Omnichannel experience is a plus

Technical/Other Skills Required:

  • Must possess familiarity with office software including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred.
