Job description

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hr. The Pricebook Coordinator is responsible for ensuring pricing accuracy in company systems that feed POS systems at store locations to allow for a smooth customer transaction. They provide store level support for questions and concerns on pricing issues that arise.

Some of what you will do as a Pricebook Coordinator:

• Maintain day-to-day integrity of Pricebook and related systems including cost exceptions, invoice exceptions, retail rules, importing of invoices, and Pricebook updates.
• Responsible for all aspects of item maintenance, not limited to new item setups, attributes, promotions, and exceptions.
• Ensure Pricebook database integrity for optimal use in internal/external systems including Rebate Manager, E-commerce, and PDI data sharing platforms.
• Ability to manage Pricebook and related systems including, PDI, and third-party applications such as JDA.
• Maintain accurate costs, retail, and promotions at all times for assigned departments/categories including timely price and cost changes.
• Build, create, and sustain relationships with multiple internal and external partners including vendors and category managers, and other members of the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• A High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in retail
• Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with several priorities while being flexible to shift priority.
• A history of identifying problems and use effective problem-solving methods to select the best possible option.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
