PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Coordinates the team to ensure the providing of assembly materials, monitors the logistics flows on the output line; ensuring and checking the stock of inventory (Kanban).
Ensures compliance with the rules relating Health and Safety.
Develops and coordinates new projects to ensure the efficiency of all people inside their areas, developing existing projects.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the application of the principles of WCM within their department.
Support and control the work of the team, of all the logistics flows to ensure better performance and quality.
Guarantee the training operations for professional growth of the resources that are under his/her responsibility.
Verify the performance of the budget (auxiliary material stock, labor losses, means) and constantly monitoring of the same.
Cooperate in resolving problems with your team.
Monitoring in the output line the effect FTQ (First Time Quality).

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in related field
WCM: Safety, Logistic, CD, FI, Quality, WO
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
3-5 years of industry related experience
Problem solving
Interpersonal communication
Leadership skills
Knowledge management practices of Stock Material
Be able to work under pressure and as part of the practical processes
Proven knowledge of company production procedures and systems

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
Excellent IT application
Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
