Job description
The role of the Performance Assurance Consultant works to ensure a positive experience for the client by developing and managing our deliverables. In this role you will perform the daily operations of the project plan for each client, ensure preventive maintenance responsibilities and operational functions are being completed by subcontractors, along with troubleshooting and resolving controls issues associated with HVAC equipment. In this role you are the primary point of contact for the Federal Government and the face of Schneider Electric. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the performance guarantee and resolving various issues along the way.

Position responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
- Schedule and conduct all project meetings
- Manage resources (including subcontractors) by planning and scheduling
- Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of deliverables
- Responsible for installing of hardware/software additions, change orders, and solutions
- Responsible in verifying the performance and sustained operation of ECM’s
- Responsible for assisting clients in issue resolution
- Perform site service when called upon
- Perform project turnovers from construction to Client Services
- Representation of Client Services during client training and turnovers
- Responsible for task management creation and execution through Asana process flows
- Responsible for identifying operational improvements for improved savings performance
- Periodically evaluate performance of systems for improvement opportunities
- Provide ongoing client training, both formal and informal
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred, Bachelor of Arts in Business or Finance acceptable, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in service industry with direct customer-interface experience either in sales or client relationship, or equivalent experience
- Individual must be able to obtain Government contractor status with background clearance
- Building Automation System experience with understanding of operator knowledge, drawing package understanding, sequence understandings, operational intent, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of and proficient in project management skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient using task management programs or knowledge with Asana
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally
- Effective working in team environment
