Job Description:

The Role

We are looking for a leader to partner with the Purpose and Sustainability Director to shape and execute Crowe’s firmwide listening strategy. This person will use data to unlock a culture of sustainable high-performance that delivers an unrivaled people experience for the firm’s employees and their families.

  • You are a systems thinker who loves to drive change at the organizational level. You start by understanding the desired culture for the firm and then dig into the data to see how we’re doing.
  • You care deeply about applying principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion to your work.
  • You are an empathetic listener and find joy in analyzing disaggregate information from across the organization (using tools like GLINT, Remesh, Fishbowl, etc.), drawing down insights and making the complex actionable.
  • You have deep experience in designing and deploying engagement programs that create real-time feed-back loops - keeping a ‘pulse’ on what to celebrate as well as areas for growth.

  • In addition, you will assistance the Purpose and Sustainability Leader to execute the firm’s Sustainability Materiality Assessment - a listening strategy that determines what Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues matter most to the firm’s key stakeholders – and informs Crowe’s overall Sustainability strategy.

Qualifications

  • A high-performance, inclusive mindset is imperative; must have experience working in diverse spaces and partnering on DEI initiatives.
  • Proven ability in managing large datasets, analyzing the data, and showing trends across disaggregate data - simplifying the complexities into engagement strategies that can then be embedded into the organization at different levels.
  • Proven success at building valued partnerships across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven success at influencing culture change at scale.
  • Proven ability to create and oversee in-person focus groups.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, oral and presentation.
  • Proven success in managing external vendor relationships.
  • Preference will be given to those with experiences managing ‘Best Places to Work’ or GLINT data at large global organizations (6,000+).
  • Preference will be given to those with a background and/or experience in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Centered Design, Communications, Social Impact/Sustainability, or related/supporting field.
  • Preference will be given to those who excel in excel.
  • This is a manager position and preference will be given to those that have experience briefing and building relationships with senior leaders.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience required.
