Urban Air Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! You will be the primary brand Ambassador building relationships in the community and working with our Guests to plan their event from start to finish – you will strive for 100% guest satisfaction and deliver on exceptional birthday party experiences. Must be able to create, nurture and successfully close leads and opportunities while continuously prospecting for new birthday parties. Help us sell our amazing party packages, follow up with guests, and exceed expectations! Work together with an uplifting, supportive team to drive financial results while directly impacting the lives and memories of our young visitors.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Schedule, book and upsell parties and complete all corresponding associated paperwork (payments and deposits, catering, refunds, or cancellations).
  • Identify party requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure everything adheres to guests’ standards.

Customer Service

  • Assess an event’s overall success via follow-ups.
  • Respond to guests’ special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.
  • Handle issues and complaints with compassion.
  • Monitor the consistency of service provided to all guests.

Admin

  • Provide weekly confirmed reservations to event staff for execution.
  • Verify event staff labor hours and provide event staff directions and feedback.
  • Maintain birthday party inventory.

Marketing

  • Research and develop ways to enhance our birthday party packages.
  • Oversee production of passes, flyers, brochures, etc.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Directly Supervise party hosts (train, review work, correct work, performance review, discipline).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2-5+ years’ experience in inbound/outbound sales role
  • 3+ years’ experience customer service/hospitality position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred
  • Strong phone and computer skills, ability to properly track sales efforts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bi-lingual preferred in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work 40-50 hours per week depending on demand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
