DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS, aspires to hire a PART-TIME ONLY Research Admin to assist our growing New Construction Sales Departments. If you have strong research skills, and enjoy data entry, please apply! This is an entry-level position! Willing to train! PART-TIME ONLY, IN-OFFICE POSITION, 15-20 hours per week! Flexibility on days and hours worked between Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM.

Job Responsibilities:

  • At least 50% of the time will be spent on data entry tasks.
  • Assist sales management team.
  • Work with general contractors to obtain relevant project information.
  • Evaluate project details and provide reports to sales management team.
  • Conduct market research with new customers and regions.
  • Frequently interact with general contractors.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • PART-TIME ONLY, IN-OFFICE POSITION, 15-20 hours per week! Flexibility on days and hours worked between Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM.
  • Great communication skills
  • Proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills is ideal
