Center Operator:

Under direction of the Global Program Manager and Fusion Center Supervisors, Operators will monitor enterprise wide security alerts 24/7, providing security support protecting Client assets by identifying, analyzing, and responding to physical security incidents that could impact company sites, employees, or company assets. Operators will appropriately communicate with Regional Operations Center Supervisors, Fusion Center Supervisors and Fusion Center Leadership, in response to security alerts, critical event management, or emergency response. Operators will be expected to follow Fusion Center Program procedures, apply critical thinking, and respond and react quickly in a high paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field, with customer service experience
  • Previous experience working in a Fusion Center, GSOC or control room environment preferred
  • Familiar with Windows-based Critical Event Management Software, Mass Notification Systems, Travel Tracker, Social Media Monitoring, and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software programs
  • Knowledge of and experience with physical security applications to include access control and alarm monitoring systems, CCTV, incident reporting, and incident management software
  • Overnight shift Available

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

With a focus on customer service, serve as the initial point of contact for employees, contingent workers, and visitors for all security related topics

Prepare, research, and review Daily Activity Reports (DAR)

Identify, analyze and report all incidents that could potentially have a negative impact to Client assets

Receive global security-related incident calls within Dell and create incident reports utilizing incident management software

Monitor enterprise-wide physical security systems, to include access control & alarm monitoring, video surveillance, geospatial intelligence, travel monitoring, and social media monitoring tools

Dispatch and coordinate response to security incidents that occur on client premises or events, using the appropriate communication methodology, including but not limited to, radio, telephone, email, SMS, and mass notification tools

Provide continuous monitoring of Client Facilities 24/7, associates and other assets and respond accordingly to incidents

Pay: $20.00 per hour

  • Night shift
