Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily manufacturing operations in our facility. As the Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
• Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
• Monitor and control inventory levels
• Train and develop manufacturing staff
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and safety standards are maintained
• Manage equipment maintenance and repairs
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate with management on production status and issues
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards
• Experience with inventory management and using a production schedule
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,152.00 - $60,000.00 per year
