The Benefit Services Team serves clients who have engaged PrimePay for COBRA, FSA, HRA and HSA administration, and the Operations Specialist, Benefit Services strives to deliver client satisfaction by successfully completing day to day operations within the product.

What YOU will be doing:

• Complete assigned administrative tasks to support Benefit Services (Participant Enrollments/Terminations, COBRA Daily Processing, COBRA Refunds, Open Enrollment notifications to clients, etc.)
• Complete assigned operational tasks to support Healthcare Account Services team (Check traces, Check Re-issue requests, Account Reconciliation, Issue research and resolution)
• Manage Health Savings Account Transfer Requests to and/or from PrimePay’s HSA custodians
• Manage Health Savings Account Identification Verification failure process
• Assist as needed with resolving rejected client ACH files
• Resolve escalated COBRA eligibility issues with carriers
• Work with Integration and Technology Specialist and Supervisor to complete daily file processing and to implement new client file feeds as needed
• Assign pre-tax reimbursement claims to claim processor, answer their questions, and assist in resolving claim processing issues. Process pre-tax reimbursement claims as needed. Assist with claims audits as assigned
• Assist with quarterly MSP reporting to CMS
• Assist with special projects to automate and/or improve operational efficiencies
• Communicate with Management areas needing improvement
• Assist with special projects as assigned

Success will come if you have:

• Minimum 1 year experience performing data entry and/or account reconciliation
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and to resolve problems within a high-volume, fast-paced division
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Must be innovative and take initiative; Act with a sense of urgency to resolve issues
• Must be organized. detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable with basic accounting
• Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and keyboarding skills
• Experience working within a TPA environment preferred
• Advanced knowledge of WEX Health Cloud and COBRA point preferred
