Position Overview:
The Onboarding Coordinator will supply necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors to our network of contracted providers. This information may be communicated through formal meetings, lectures, printed material or computer-based orientations. This person will be a work extensively with our Credentialing, Recruiting, Education, and IT departments to ensure all providers are supplied with the proper support and tools needed to complete health assessments to Signify Health's standards.
This role will report to our Onboarding Manager.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful work experience in business environment.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Basic skills in MS Office/G-Suite; excellent MS Excel/Google Sheets skills a plus
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Polite and Professional email communication to external clients

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and to be occasionally on call
- Supply information to and communicate feedback from SignifyHealth contracted providers
- Receive feedback from SignifyHealth contracted providers
- Build relationships with SignifyHealth contracted providers.
- Present formal orientation for new SignifyHealth contracted providers
- Responsibly communicate training compensation and incentives with providers
- Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times
- Go over checklists and FAQs with SignifyHealth providers
- Coordinate and organize training classes and associated equipment provisioning
- Follow up with providers on outstanding training items
- Coordinate with Credentialing on provider status prior to training, including NP collaborative agreements where needed
- Coordinate Go-Live calls.
- Communicate ongoing expectations to providers via phone and email
- Logging monthly metrics, provider feedback, and provider complaints
- Sending Mass emails to active and benched providers
- Follow up with providers via phone and email on tablet location requests
- Generate shipping labels as needed
- Listen to training calls and help answer any training questions
- Decrease the volume of equipment-related quality issues
- Pull reports and share new start volumes and trends
- Enter and update provider profiles
- Make day before checkup calls to physicians
- Make day after calls to physicians
- Have ability to give physicians counseling feedback in a professional manner
- Coordinate with supplies and Credentialing on supplies needed and shipped to the physicians
- Assist with off-boarding of providers as appropriate
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed.
- Be on time, ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis.
- Manage time effectively.
- Respond well to coaching and supervision.
- Complete reports as requested by Supervisor.
- Assist/coach/coordinate with other team members.
- Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered.
- Maintains a neat, orderly work area.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
