PathPoint, a leader in supporting people with disabilities and mental health diagnoses in living the life they choose, is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to join our team in Santa Barbara, CA.

In this hands-on role, you'll use your organizational and interpersonal skills to help ensure smooth office operations by performing a variety of office projects and providing administrative support. We're looking for a resourceful and task-oriented individual with a desire to use their talents to make a difference every day. This is a part-time position for 25 hours per week, working Monday-Friday, 10AM-3PM.

What You'll Do:

  • Process incoming mail, record checks and distribute correspondence to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet office visitors and answer phones; responds to general inquiries received via website.
  • Code and reconcile corporate invoices; assist with credit card reconciliations.
  • Coordinates vehicle and building maintenance.
  • Maintains and updates document storage and retention list.
  • Coordinate special events for corporate office, including staff birthdays, anniversary recognition, and holiday parties.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Two years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Customer-service focus and a sincere desire to give all employees a positive experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High levels of initiative and adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must receive criminal record clearance through the DOJ
  • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record for completing errands in the Santa Barbara area
  • Culturally sensitive and aware of differences in employees based on cultural backgrounds; aware of one's own culture and how someone's background may lead to biases; has the skills and resources needed to work with employees from all different cultures and the ability to avoid making biased assumptions based on someone's culture.

Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $18-19 per hour. The pay range is $15.83-$23.75 an hour. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.
