Job description

* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

* Answer clients requests and emails on selling platforms

* Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

* Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

* Performing minor accounting duties

* Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

* Process weekly Payroll

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Little Falls, NJ 07424: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
