Job Summary: Accounting Associates assist accountants and auditors with administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping functions. Their duties typically include clerical tasks, such as filing and answering telephones, as well as performing basic bookkeeping tasks, assisting with payroll processing, and preparing financial documents.

Possible Accounting Associate Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and prepare daily bank deposits
- Reconcile and process daily credit card deposits
- Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable schedule
- Audit accounting schedules for discrepancies
- Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
- Issue purchase orders to vendors as necessary
- Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
Accounting Associate Requirements:
- Experience in an auto dealership accounting office
- Master knowledge of Excel
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented attitude
- Organizational, communication and computer skills
