We are an Medical Equipment and Supply company that ships and delivers all across the DFW metroplex. We have been serving the DFW community for more than 13 years. We are now searching for a Office Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team. We take pride in great customer interactions, outward appearance, and reputation. Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: positive daily interactions between customers, fellow drivers and Management are important.
• Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling delivery/pickup appointments, and maintaining records and files.
• Must be able to scan documents, put delivery/pickup orders in our system. (Training on this available)
• Must be able to answer and respond to phone calls and texts promptly.
• Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
