The position starts in Aberdeen, WA. Must be willing to travel to Chehalis, WA for permanent assignment in April 2023.
Honda of Grays Harbor has two significant changes that this role will help with. We are switching from Dominion ACS to Reynolds & Reynolds with a live date of 12-06-22. We are building a new dealership in Chehalis, WA (Interstate Honda) which is scheduled to open in mid-April 2023.

Responsibilities

• Supporting office manager during DMS conversion as needed. Printing and verifying information.
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vehicle licensing.
• Ordering supplies and services online and by phone.

Qualifications

• DMS accounting experience or experience with some other accounting software that is not Quick Books
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience using them
• Attention to detail
