· Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
· Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
· Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
Skills:
- Min. 4 years of experience in a supervisory role required.
Education:
RN License - required
