We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Stack Developer to join our team at Federated. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality on-premises Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for technology, is committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity, and has strong initiative and drive. In addition, we are seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is excited to work in-person with our team based in Southern Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business and IS Teams to understand their business needs and requirements
- Design, implement, and manage integrations with Dynamics CRM and other critical systems
- Develop technical specifications and design documents for Dynamics CRM solutions
- Help to manage and maintain Dynamics CRM on-premises environments to ensure maximum usability and system availability
- Work with internal teams and vendors to plan, schedule, and implement Dynamics CRM rollouts, patches, releases, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Stack - MS SQL Server, C#, SSRS, SSIS, .NET, Visual Studio
- Ability to design and implement complex integrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work within a team and in an in-person work environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
